Soumyashree Mohapatra ( Somu )
Somu is the CEO and Creative Director at Giant Wheel Animation. As a Creative Director he oversees all creative aspects of Giant Wheel Animation including project development. His additional responsibility includes strategy and business development.
In a career span of 17 years Somu has developed extensive knowledge of the CGI production while working for various studios based in Mumbai, Glasgow, and London. He has to his credit feature films like 10,000 BC, Chronicles of Narnia:Prince Caspian, GI Joe : The Rise of Cobra, Night at the Museum II to name a few, while working with The Moving Picture Company, London. Somu holds a diploma in Advanced Character Animation from Animationmentor.com, Berkeley.
He co-founded Giant Wheel Animation based in London with a development team in Bhubaneshwar, India.
